Welcome to One World Learning! One World Learning is an online learning platform that was born during the pandemic to provide online classes to students around the world. We aim to offer a fulfilling and normal classroom experience directly to you, no matter where you are.
Since our humble beginnings, we have grown and now teach students from all over the world. We have received a lot of positive feedback from students of all ages and backgrounds, and our exam pass rate is over 90%!
In 2023 we partnered with UK-based English language schools and can now offer our students discounted English language courses in the UK, Canada, and Ireland. With a choice of over 20 schools and summer schools to choose from, we provide a wide range of options for both adults and children as young as 8.
One World Learning offers a variety of Online English language courses and resources. We aim to provide high-quality language education and support to learners of all ages and proficiency levels on an online platform. We offer classes to private students, semi-private students (2 people) and small groups. Our group classes are rarely more than 4 per group to allow speaking time for everyone.
Our classes typically run for 90 minutes to allow students ample time to transition from their native language to English. We use the initial 5 to 10 minutes to catch up, review concepts from the previous class, or address any homework questions. Similarly, we dedicate the final 5 to 10 minutes to answer any queries and assign homework tasks. Shortening the class duration would limit the opportunity for effective learning and interaction within the lesson.
We offer General English courses, which cover a range of levels from Starter to Advanced Plus. These courses focus on developing all language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. We use the Speakout coursebook series, which is interactive and incorporates real-life English content, including BBC materials and podcasts.
In addition to General English, we provide Exam English courses that prepare students for various Cambridge English exams. These exams include Cambridge Starters, Movers, Flyers, A2 Key & A2 Key for Schools, B1 Preliminary for adults & B1 Preliminary for Schools, B2 First for adults & B2 First for Schools, C1 Advanced, and C2 Proficiency. Our Exam English courses aim to familiarize students with the exam format and enhance their performance.
For young learners, we have specialized courses designed to meet their language learning needs. These include Let’s Begin, Let’s Go Series, and Cambridge Primary Path. These courses are tailored to make language learning enjoyable and engaging for children, helping them develop their English language skills at an early age.
We also offer Language Boost modules that focus on enhancing specific language skills. These modules include Grammar Boost, Pronunciation Boost, Listening Boost, Speaking Boost, and Vocabulary and Reading Boost. Each module provides additional practice and support to improve proficiency in those areas.
